Jane Fonda's music in her workouts (and walkouts) have always been wonderful (especially her earlier works), but here the music and the balance between the music and Jane's voice is perfect. The choice of music and the audibility of the music especially in the lower body workout and final cool down sections are superb/5(7).

I'm now 68 years old and I've been doing Jane Fonda's Stress Reduction workout for more than 20 years. It's a brief aerobic workout (20 minutes including cooldown), then 20 minutes of stretching (yoga mostly) and a stress reduction calming section. I usually only do the first 20 minutes/5().

    The final section is lower body work. It's pretty thorough floor work with ankle weights if you want. There are lunges with weights if you want, but no squats.
